SUMMER CAMPS 2023!

We are excited to offer our summer camps for ages 7 and up!

See our list of activities (subject to slight change according to weather or other factors) below!

Cost is $300 per child for the week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm daily (the week of August 8 is Tuesday to Friday – $240)

MONDAY:

• 9:00am: Crafts and Games!
• 10:00am: Carp Hills Hike – We’ll take a hike on some of the trails and get to know the local nature and wildlife!
• 12:00pm – Lunch!
• 12:30pm: Build Your own Ukulele! Assembling (with help) and painting your own instrument.
• 2:30pm: Instrument time – Piano
• 3:30pm: Crafts and Games

TUESDAY

• 9:00AM – Crafts and Games (rock painting)
• 10:00am – trip to splash pad!
• 11:00am – Scavenger Hunt – finding everyday things to make percussion instruments out of!
• 12:00pm – Lunch!
• 12:30pm – Making percussion instruments from our finds.
• 1:30pm – Outdoor Drum Circle/Rhythm Workshop
• 2:30pm – Instrument time – Drums
• 3:00pm – Crafts and games

WEDNESDAY

• 9:00AM – Crafts and Games!
• 9:30am – Songwriting Workshop – we’ll write a song together!!
• 12:00pm – Show at the National Arts Centre! (different show each week of camp)
• 2:00pm – Instrument time – Ukulele
• 3:30pm – Crafts and games

THURSDAY

• 9:00AM – Crafts and Games!
• 10:00am – Carp Local Business Walk – we’ll go visit some of Carp’s treasure and learn about what they do!
• 12:00pm – Lunch!
• 12:30pm – Event planning – organizing our talent show for Friday.
• 1:30pm – Instrument time – Voice/Singing
• 2:30pm – Karaoke Day (outside if we can!)
• 3:30pm – Crafts and games

FRIDAY

• 9:00am – practice all of our songs for our Talent Show in the afternoon
• 12:00pm – lunch
• 1:00pm – TALENT SHOW!!
